Use of RowleyHosts services constitutes acceptance and agreement of our TOS as displayed on this page. All service provisions are subject to our TOS.
This TOS can be changed at any point by the discresion of RowleyHosts, You agree that this TOS is subject to change without prior notification and you not reading this is not grounds for non-payment.
» Invoices and Payment
Unless you are paying by paypal subscription, You will be sent an email to your primary email address 7 days before payment is due, If a invoice is not paid within 5 days after the invoice was due You will be charged an extra 25% total price of the invoice and the related service will be suspended. Services with payments later than 14days will be terminated
» Unsolicited Email (SPAM) and Abuse
RidgeHosts does not in any way tolerate abuse of our services provided or the use of our services to send Unsolicited Email (spam) from our servers. In relation to this, Customers may not use our services to setup any Website/IRC Network advertising Spam or spamming of other companies/individuals
» Bandwidth Usage (Shared Hosting/Resellers/Dedicated)
You agree to in any way not to go over any bandwidth limits and agrees if You in any way go over your assigned Bandwidth limits you will be charged extra according to how much bandwidth you went over by ($1/GB)
» Diskspace Usage (Shared Hosting/Resellers)
You agree to in any way not to go over any diskspace limits and agrees if You in any way go over your assigned allowance you will be charged extra according to how much space you went over by ($0.50/GB)
» Restricted Activity
The following is strictly prohibited on our servers and is not to be done on ANY of your services provided by RidgeHosts.
» Running a Proxy Server (including web-based proxy sites) or running a website that is in any way linked with a Proxy Network
» Pornography and sex-related merchandising are permitted provided it is legal in the city of Kansas City, the state of Missouri and the United States of America.
» IRC websites/servers are not allowed (This includes eggdrop,services,irssi.bncs)
» Running Exploits to our servers or any other people/companies from our services.
» Forging or misrepresenting message headers or websites.
» Intentional distribution of viruses/trojans/worms/spyware/adware to people/companies.
» Using our services for any kind of malicious/illegal activity.
» Piracy, hacking, cracking, phreaking, warez, pyrotechnics, exploitive software or text that educates or encourages this activity and/or use are not allowed.
» Taking part in any malicious attack on another network/host/person by using our services.
» Using Pirated or Copyrighted material on any services provided by RidgeHosts.
» Refusal Of Service
RowleyHosts reserves the right at its sole discretion to refuse or cancel services to any customer. Violation of any terms in the RidgeHosts Terms Of Service may result in a client warning (or suspension/termination) and thereafter suspension or termination. Upon termination due to a policy violation, You will not recieve any kind of refund nor will Domains registered by RidgeHosts on behalf of the customer be released
» Cancellation Of Service
All service cancellations must be done through our Client Area or by submitting a Support Ticket to the RidgeHosts Staff. Any Cancellations submitted by Support Tickets will be reviewed by RidgeHosts Staff. All Cancellations of Services must be made 7days before your next invoice is due
